3. To receive, consider and pass the Presidents Report for the Season ended 30th September 2019
4. To receive, consider and pass the Financial Report, Balance Sheet and Income and Expenditure Statement for the Season ended 30th September, 2019
5. To elect Office Bearers for the 2020 Season
